At ICAJ, we understand that adapting to life in a new country can be overwhelming and emotionally challenging. Your mental well-being is just as important as your physical health, and we are committed to supporting you through every step of your journey in Japan.
We are in the process of developing counseling services and organizing group seminars designed to support your mental health and overall well-being. These services will offer a safe and confidential space for you to share your concerns, manage stress, and gain practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Whether you're dealing with cultural adjustments, language barriers, feelings of isolation, or personal struggles, our goal is to provide the support you need to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
